You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped.

  • Cancellation within the 14-day withdrawal period
  • Product returned unused and in original condition
  • Product is defective or incorrect

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Product shows signs of use not caused by shipping
  • Original packaging or components are missing
  • Return is made outside the legal withdrawal period

4. Refund Process

Returned items are inspected upon receipt.
